| Please agree to the following terms and conditions before placing your order: This agreement is between the person or organization placing the online order, hereafter called the customer, and Icarus Research. The online order form refers to this web page. The product refers to the software package selected by the customer using the online order form. The software package shall consist of at least one floppy disc or CD containing the computer program selected by the customer, and may include printed documentation. The customer shall pay the price indicated on the online order form for the selected product. Customer credit cards will be billed as Icarus Research, Inc. Icarus Research shall ship the product to the customer within 10 business days of receiving payment. Icarus Research shall not be required to issue any refunds unless a refund agreement between Icarus Research and the customer was made prior to this agreement. However, in every other respect this agreement supercedes all previous agreements. Icarus Research shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of the product. If Icarus Research violates any part of this agreement, the sole remedy of the customer shall be a refund of the full purchase price of the product. | |
